Let me officially welcome you to The Fancy Napkins, a food and recipe blog that’s a little rough around the edges because even though I’ve been working on it for ages, I’ve no idea what I’m actually doing. My goal is to make easy, tasty and accessible recipes for you all to cook and enjoy at home. That part, I know I’ve got covered. It’s the whole technology thing that I’m a little shaky on, so please bear with me as I perfect my posting skills and my iPhone photography skills (yup, iPhone.. proper DSLR is on the long “to buy” list).
And so, while I smooth out all of the minor details (they’re major, I know), I hope that you’ll pop by every week and whip up the recipes I send your way! While I’m starting out, I’ll be posting a new recipe each Sunday as well as a review of a fellow food blogger’s recipe on Thursday. As we move along on this journey in the kitchen together, posts will become more frequent.

I find myself spending way too much time on Pinterest these days and it’s not looking at DIY projects. Recipes!!! And…..more recipes. At least it has me cutting back on collecting more cookbooks which I absolutely don’t need.
